I used Kiwicare for the first time and expected a whole ordeal, like me staring at the page wondering what on earth to do next. But the instructions were actually really clear. I found what I needed without much guessing, and the steps on the product page made sense as I went through them. There was one moment where I had to pause and figure things out, but it wasn’t a disaster. Overall, way simpler than I thought it would be

I double-checked my order to make sure I hadn’t clicked the wrong thing, but what arrived wasn’t what I picked. I don’t want to use the items in case that makes a return harder, so I’m keeping everything as it came and hoping this can be fixed

The product itself seems to work okay, so no complaints there. I just love when pet safety details are tucked away enough that I have to read everything twice to feel sure. A little clearer info up front would’ve been nice
